History
2013
Founded on April 2, 2013 the Legbutts' first official manager was Privilege !!ynR8ly17cbg. Privilege's tenure as manager would be uneventful, quietly leaving his post before any official /lgbt/ 4chan Cup matches could be held. Rumours abound at the time that his tester LGBTanon was none other than Dragonfag as he curiously did not take up the managerial role after Privilege disappeared.
One Captainlegbutt would attempt to take control of the team after Privilege left. Taking a much more active role in managing the team, the future of /lgbt/ seemed bright. Unfortunately, it was not to last as it was later revealed to be another disguise of the infamous Dragonfag.
As the Summer Friendlies approached a frantic search for a new manager would take place. Legbutt and planted /sp/fag Chizuru !!WTCSDibeOo would assume the mantle of /lgbt/ manager. Chizuru's reign would prove to be shorter than his predecessor as he would elope with a swarthy Cuban gigolo mere weeks after verification.
After months of one flakey managerial reign after another, both the team and civil leadership of /lgbt/ were demoralized and discredited. Chizuru had the fortuitous foresight to at least grant Trannier than thou !!bG841RoS2fE's urgent request to be named as his successor and placed at the head of his team before running off to the Florida Keys with his lover, his decision must have been based in large part on the knowledge that every orthodox, every rational option had been tried and had failed. Only a regime in the final straits of desperation would pay any heed to a gender-confused, football-illiterate gendersnake who claimed that the voice of Dragonfag our Lord and Savior Adrian Hlavacek was instructing zir to take charge of zir board's team and lead it to victory.
The 2013 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers went very well for /lgbt/, as they took ten points and finished just a goal behind /s4s/ in Group B; with a 3-2 win over /o/, a 4-1 demolition of /wsg/, a close 2-1 defeat of /3/, and a 1-1 draw with /s4s/, /lgbt/ cruised to the 2013 4chan Autumn Babby Cup. In the big competition, /lgbt/ attracted recently-relegated /jp/, de-Durgened /y/, and former champions turned into rock bottom squad /k/ in Group G, and were favorites to move through to the Winter Cup. /lgbt/ took an easy 3-0 victory over /k/ and a very close, save-filled 1-0 win over /jp/; these games combined with /y/'s wins over said teams (2-1 over /jp/ and 5-1 over /k/) put both into the 2014 4chan Winter Cup early, so their next match mattered for naught. Nobody seemed to be around to tell either team, however, as an exciting match saw /lgbt/ got out to an early 2-0 lead only for /y/ to hand the young team its first ever loss with a 3-goal comeback. In the knockouts, /lgbt/ first found themselves facing /vr/, another well-off provisional. By the half, it was 2-1 in /lgbt/'s favor, as they scored two goals within ten minutes of each other courtesy of Alfred Kinsey and Slutty Bisexual before /vr/'s Kacho Arino kept the game close just before the end of the half. /lgbt/ put the game away late as Kinsey completed a brace, securing a 3-1 victory. /lgbt/'s next knockout opponent was the underdog /hr/; to much surprise, /hr/ drew first blood at the 20th minute, before Alfred Kinsey carried the team on his back and equalized at the 44th minute. /lgbt/ would end up undone by themselves, as the same Slutty Bisexual who helped /lgbt/ beat /vr/ just a day earlier now seemed to be throwing spaghetti out tenfold, scoring one of the dumbest own goals ever and giving /lgbt/ an early exit.
2014
In preparation for the 2014 4chan Winter Cup, /lgbt/ played two friendlies, against then-fetus'd /d/ and fellow Babby promotion /gd/. /lgbt/ lost both friendlies, 0-1 to /d/ and 2-3 to /gd/. This caused them to move down from Pot 3 to Pot 4 in the group draw seeding; however, >/fa/ got moved down to Pot 4 for lacking an export before being DQ'd altogether, putting /lgbt/ in the bottom of Pot 3. The group /lgbt/ attracted this cup included former Champions /sp/, as well as potent yo-yos /f/ and /g/, all in Group B. /lgbt/'s first Elite Cup run was an absolute embarrassment; with 0-1 losses to /sp/ and /g/, as well as a 0-0 draw to /f/, /lgbt/ crashed out of the Winter Cup with only 1 point and zero goals.
Before the 2014 4chan Spring Babby Cup, /lgbt/ signed Doo_Gay !!x+r9Qm5rK7O to the managerial staff, thinking that it would help their chances of getting promoted from the Babbies. Group C ended up pairing /lgbt/ with most recent victims of the Third Place Curse /b/, disqualified /fa/, former Fetus team /out/, and a revived /hm/. /lgbt/ continued a tradition of doing well in the Babbies, and despite giving up a penalty and losing 2-0 to /fa/, bounced back hard against /b/ and /hm/, raping and pillaging each for 4-1 and 5-2 wins to build up a massive goal differential heading into the /out/ match. /lgbt/ had a chance to seal themselves promotion to the upcoming 2014 4chan Summer Cup with a win over /out/, and that's exactly what they did, as Adrian Hlvacek gave /lgbt/ an early lead by the seventh minute and their goalkeeper, The Closet, kept /out/ from doing anything with their higher possession of the ball. /lgbt/'s 9 points put them at the top of their group, as they prepared to face /e/ in the knockouts. To their surprise, /e/ held together very well, with sub goalkeeper Lolibutts saving the 1 (one) on-target shot /lgbt/ had the entire match, as /e/ converted one of only 2 shots to get a crucial win and send /lgbt/ packing for Summer early.
In preparation for the upcoming Summer Cup, /lgbt/ got another two friendlies, this time against recently-promoted old friend /s4s/ and still-down-in-the-dumps /3/. /lgbt/ took a close 2-1 win over /s4s/ as Alfred Kinsey and Cis Scum powered a successful comeback effort, before beating /3/ again thanks to an own goal by defender Architecture. In the actual Cup, however, /lgbt/'s fortunes were significantly worse. Drawing the most recent third-placers in /mlp/ and /diy/ as well as ever-spooky /x/, /lgbt/ looked to be fucked six ways to Sunday in Group E. This turned out to be true, as /lgbt/ lost their first two games, 0-1 to /x/ and 1-3 to /diy/, making them the first team relegated to the 2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup. The final match against /mlp/ mattered for nothing but consolation, as /x/ and /diy/ threw /mlp/'s chances into the trash before then due to a 0-0 borefest. However, despite /mlp/ riding with all-zero sliders for half the game, /lgbt/ couldn't score due to a barrage of /mlp/ attacks, and /mlp/ got a late Best Pony goal to give them consolation points. /lgbt/ ended Summer as the worst team in the Cup, continuing /lgbt/'s record of Elite Cup futility. After this disastrous outing, Trannier than thou !!VyrgPTsOMgV retired, leaving Doo_Gay !!x+r9Qm5rK7O in full control of the team for the coming 2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup.
The 2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup had /lgbt/ drawn into Group F, a group relatively free of the surprise relegations that had occurred the previous Summer and thought by many to be one of the worst groups, as it contained a /soc/ team under new management, historically-mediocre /o/ and /sci/ squads and Spring's worst and most pointless team; considering /lgbt/'s past Babby history, many thought of this as /lgbt/'s easiest group yet. While things started out well as /lgbt/ took a 2-1 win due to a 90+ goal over Qualifiers friends /o/, a 2-0 loss to /soc/ put the team's hopes in jeopardy. A comeback 2-1 win over /m/ put /lgbt/ in position to seal their spot in the 2015 4chan Winter Cup with a win or draw over the strongest /sci/ in years, but said /sci/ team absolutely demolished /lgbt/; after a 1-1 first half, 30 minutes of the second half were enough for /sci/ to string 3 goals together, leaving /lgbt/ dependent on a draw of the group's final match between /m/ and /soc/ to avoid relegation. /m/ manhandled /soc/ for a 4-2 win, and /lgbt/ were left missing the Autumn knockouts and forfeiting their status as the ultimate yo-yo team. Doo_Gay !!x+r9Qm5rK7O also retired, leaving the team managerless for a while until Trannier than thou !!VyrgPTsOMgV returned once more to take the reigns.
2015
The 2015 4chan Spring Babby Cup started out very poorly for a /lgbt/ that would have to play all but the first match effectively on autopilot. Losses by 2-0 and 3-2 to /jp/ and /mu/, arguably the group's strongest teams, left /lgbt/ reeling and without much likelihood to advance. However, as soon as /lgbt/ went on to face dead /soc/, their goalkeeping exploded with 9 total saves as /lgbt/'s offense led a comeback to win 2-1. Suddenly, /lgbt/ had a chance again going into their game against /biz/. After two early goals, /lgbt/ scored five more on a hapless /biz/ defense, as all that /biz/ could do was watch in horror and eventually score a 90+ consolation. /lgbt/'s 6-2 victory put them in a great spot to advance, provided /jp/ did not win against /biz/ in their final match. Despite rigging incidents after the match, /jp/'s 0-0 draw with /biz/ in a mostly /biz/ dominated game kept /lgbt/ alive provided /mu/ did not allow /soc/ to beat them by any more than one goal. /mu/ failed to deliver, as /soc/ took a 4-1 win that kept /lgbt/ in the babbies.
/lgbt/ gained a second manager in rin !!hpKXURCBTuh in time for the 2015 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, but the entire campaign was a total disaster and, no, it did not get better. They were critically hit by /vp/'s offense in their first game, going down 4-1 in a game that is more remembered for the fact that the temp-banned Twitch stream came back up during the match. The second game against /lit/ gave /lgbt/ a glimmer of hope, after some spaghetti-defending gave /lgbt/ an unlikely equalizer. Unfortunately, /lgbt/ dropped the same flavor of spaghetti, giving Niggardly Jew an injury time matchwinner and leaving /lgbt/ winless and virtually relegated. /pol/ confirmed the team's relegation with a 3-2 victory the following day, despite a brave fightback. /lgbt/ did salvage some pride in their final game, drawing 2-2 with /c/. Both managers went missing in action after that, but it wasn't until October in the following year that Lear officially declared the team managerless.
