The Rules page has been updated, here's the tl;dr.

  • Page now refers to PES 17 instead of 16.
  • Winter rules now on page (just in time).
  • players on preset 1 need to be in position now.
  • Missing export deadline is no longer automatically a DQ, harsh penalties will apply no matter what.
  • Minor fixes.
