Multinationalb Owl 2 will be the 2nd edition of 4CC's equivalent of the World Cup, scheduled to take place after the 2017 4chan Summer Cup. The tournament will be open to all /int/ generals, other real nations, fictional, and historical nations.

Due to their victory in the first Multinational Bowl, /csa/ will be the host of this tournament.

Format

Normal cup rules as of the 2017 4chan Summer Cup will apply for this tournament. The group stage and knockout bracket formats will be determined depending upon the number of teams that sign up (although we're shooting for 24 teams maximum, 16 making the knockouts).

For the group stage draw there will be three pots corresponding to the three categories of teams. Each group will have two real nations, a historical nation and a fictional nation. After the draw, the teams in each group will be rearranged according to a seed based on their performance in the previous Multinational Bowl, with all teams new for this tournament being unseeded. The higher seeds in each group will have more home games in the group stage (two for the higher seeds, one for the lower seeds).

The cup will use normal exhibition mode. Live-managing, paste-bins, and competing as an autopilot are all permitted.

During the knockout stages, teams will also be allowed to make a fourth substitute during extra time. Fourth-sub changes during the interval between the end of regulation and the start of extra time are also allowed.

Requirements

• Working PES 2017 export (meme tactics are highly encouraged)
• Anthem and goalhorn(s)
• At least one outfielder kit and one goalkeeper kit (two outfielder kits recommended)
• Team logo

• Aesthetics other than kits (custom models)
• Player thumbnails (not just the team logo)
