/igg/ was a general where anons discussed idle games. The general was originally founded as /ccg/, which was a whole general dedicated to Orteil's Cookie Clicker after it got too popular on /agdg/. /ccg/ participated in the first /vg/ League, and then returned as /igg/ to play in the next two.

/igg/ were known as one of the most enthusiastic and best /vg/ league teams, and even held the status of True Elite until recently. The reason the team was demoted to just a regular Elite was due to the general itself ceasing to exist, therefor could not participate in the upcoming /vg/ League 4. Still, /igg/ remains as one of, if not the most memorable /vg/ League teams.

It is unlikely that the general will ever return, as there is literally nothing to talk about when it comes to idle games, most of /igg/ was just off-topic shitposting anyway. However if they do return, you can be sure that they'll be the first general to get hype for the next /vg/ League.

/vg/ League 2

/ccg/ returned as /igg/ to face the second /vg/ league. New midfield dynamos Affordable Swedish Home Furniture and Monkey Wizard helped to reinvent the blistering offence the team has become known for. The cup started on the highest of highs as /igg/ destroyed /bfg/ 6-2, with goals from Cheating, Orteil, Grandma and Monkey Wizard. Grandma guaranteed qualification on day two with a win against /d2g/ and despite domination in match three against /mgg/, /igg/ could not beat the eventual semi finalists and labored to a 0-0 tie. /igg/ continued its proud tradition of never winning a knockout game by losing to eventual champions /dng/ to finish a respectable 11th and gain Cheating a spot on the /vg/ Starting XI.

/vg/ League 3

Placed into Group D with /mgg/, /sthg/, and /wtg/, /igg/'s third and final /vg/ league run started badly, with a 2-1 loss to eventual runner ups /wtg/. Two solid wins over /mgg/ and /sthg/ saw /igg/ advance into the knockouts for a third time, and even gain their first knockout win over first-time knockout competitors /domg/ thanks to a 90+ goal. However, a game with eventual champions /5N@F/ proved to be too much; despite a 1-1 draw at full and extra time /igg/ lost on penalties and finished 5th place overall.
