The 2019 4chan Cup Champions League is the 2nd installment of the 4chan Cup Champions League series, an annual effort to determine the one true (unofficial) champion among champions. Teams qualify for this tournament by virtue of finishing in the top 3 of Elite Cups, top 2 of Babby Cups or /vg/ Leagues, or by winning select memevitationals and advancing out of the qualifying stage. The tournament will commence shortly after /vg/ League 12 and will be streamed on the main 4CC Cytube by Dag, Trainer, and Andy. The tournament will be conducted in PES 2017.

As the winner of the 2018 4CC Champions League, /5N@F/ will host this tournament. The final will be held at Estadio Wanda Metropolitano, IRL site of the 2019 UEFA Champions League Final.

Competitors

Sixteen teams will compete in the tournament proper; thirteen of these teams will earn direct qualification by means of finishing in the top 3 of the 2018 4chan Summer Cup or 2019 4chan Winter Cup or in the top two of the 2018 4chan Autumn Babby Cup or 2019 4chan Spring Babby Cup, or by winning /ag/ League 3, /vg/ League 11 or /vg/ League 12; and three teams advancing out of the qualifying stage will also play.

Rules

Normal cup rules as of the 2019 4chan Spring Babby Cup will apply for this tournament, except for the following rules:

There will be no live managing (pastebins are OK, however)
A team may use an export they used in a previous tournament for this tournament.
If electing to use a new tactics export, the export should follow Spring 2019 regulations, except the medals are to be GSSBB if possible.

Note for all non-4CC teams: As the tournament proper and qualifiers will be in UEFA Champions League mode on PES, non-4CC teams will be assigned invitational slots in which to place their aesthetics and tactics exports and other gizmos. VGL teams, especially, must use transfer tools to move into their assigned invitational slot.

The tournament will begin with a qualifying stage. Three teams will advance out of this stage and into the tournament proper, joining 13 other teams in the group stage.
