The 2021 4chan Autumn Babby Cup will be the fortieth official 4chan Cup tournament and the tenth iteration of the Autumn Babby Cup series. The tournament will feature a mixture of teams that are relegated from the 2021 4chan Winter Cup, teams that failed to advance from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, and teams from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.

Having won the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, /o/ will host this tournament.

Competitors

At least thirty-two teams will compete at this tournament; sixteen of the teams will qualify by means of relegation from the 2021 4chan Winter Cup, four will be granted a bye due to failing to advance from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers and one new team will compete. Additionally, teams that failed to reach the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup knockout stage and teams thad debuted in the 2021 4chan World Cup will play, depending on the amount of alive teams.

Teams will placed in four different pots based on seeding. Seeding is determined by:

1. The finishing position of the 16 teams relegated from the 2021 4chan Winter Cup in that tournament.
2. The finishing position of the teams who failed to qualify from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup group stages.
3. The finishing position of the teams who advance from the 2021 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.
4. The finishing positions of the remaining teams who failed to advance from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.

All of the highest-seeded competitors (the top eight relegated from Winter) are placed in Pot 1; the next-highest in Pot 2, and so on until all pots contain eight teams each.
