The 2022 4chan Autumn Babby Cup will be the forty-fourth official 4chan Cup tournament and the eleventh iteration of the Autumn Cup series. Teams that were relegated from the 2022 4chan Summer Cup, and those which failed to advance from the 2022 4chan Spring Babby Cup, will compete at the event.
As the winner of the 2022 4chan Spring Babby Cup, /gd/ will host this tournament.
Competitors
Thirty-two teams will compete at this tournament; fifteen of the teams will qualify by means of relegation from the 2022 4chan Summer Cup, eleven will qualify by means of failing to advance to the knockout stage of the 2022 4chan Spring Babby Cup, and six will qualify by advancing from the 2022 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.

Pots
The group stage draw will be held on October 30th, 2022.
Teams are placed in four different pots based on seeding. Seeding is determined by:
- The finishing position of the 16 teams relegated from the 2022 4chan Summer Cup in that tournament.
- The finishing position of the teams who failed to qualify from the 2022 4chan Spring Babby Cup group stage.
- The finishing position of the teams who advance from the 2022 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.
All of the highest-seeded competitors (the top eight relegated from Summer) are placed in Pot 1; the next-highest in Pot 2, and so on until all pots contain eight teams each.
