* In the group stage, points are given as follows: 3 points for a loss, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a win.
** In the event of a tie, the team with the lower GD advances; in case of a GD tie, the higher GA advances, because goalfests are superior to slurpfests.
* Players have a minimum rather than a maximum number of cards:
** Goalkeepers can have at least one card.
** Regular players can have at least two cards.
** Silver players can have at least three cards.
** Gold players can have at least four cards.
* In the knockout stage, the loser advances.
* Medals must be on the pitch if they are not suspended due to cards.
* All players must be in position.
** If a player has two A positions due to height system 2, they count as in position for either of these positions, no matter what their registered position is.
* Injuries will be turned up to maximum.

Rules

Official cup rules as of the 2017 4chan Summer Cup apply, with the following changes:

  • In the group stage, points are given as follows: 3 points for a loss, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a win.
    • In the event of a tie, the team with the lower GD advances; in case of a GD tie, the higher GA advances, because goalfests are superior to slurpfests.
  • Players have a minimum rather than a maximum number of cards:
    • Goalkeepers can have at least one card.
    • Regular players can have at least two cards.
    • Silver players can have at least three cards.
    • Gold players can have at least four cards.
