WORLD LEAGUE: Multinational Bowl 4 will be the 4th edition of the Multinational Bowl series (4CC's equivalent of the World Cup), scheduled to take place after the 2019 4chan Summer Cup. The tournament will be open to all /int/ generals, other real nations, fictional, and historical nations. The tournament will once again be conducted in PES 2017. As this year's Multinats are themed after the UEFA Nations League, the final will take place at Estádio do Dragão, real-life site of the 2019 UEFA Nations League Final.
Due to their victory in Multinational Bowl 3, 
/pak/ will be the host of this tournament.

Format
Thirty-two will compete in this tournament. The cup will use normal exhibition mode. There will be no live-managing but pastebins and competing as an autopilot team are both permitted. Ruleset listed below.
For the group stage draw there will be four pots, representing the three categories of teams and the top 8 of the previous tournament. The Real nations have been divided into two pots of eight based on the previous Multinational Bowl. After the draw, the teams in each group will be rearranged according to a seed based on their performance in the previous Multinational Bowl, with all teams new for this tournament being unseeded. The higher seeds in each group will have more home games in the group stage (two for the higher seeds, one for the lower seeds). Ruleset
- GSSBBB (99/94/90/77), one medal must be benched at all times
- Single height bracket: 10x 185cm players, 7x 180cm players, 6x 175cm or lower players
- 175cm or lower players can have 4/4 weak foot usage/accuracy, and (if non-medal) 2nd A position
- 185cm keepers can be boosted up to 189cm (no higher)
- Non-medal backs can have a +5cm height boost
- Cards: 5 + 5 trick for Golds, 4 + 4 trick for Silvers, 3 + 3 trick for Bronzes, 2 for non-medals (plus up to 2 additional non-trick cards for 175cm or lower)
