Additionally, 9 currently-dead teams will be revived in order to reach the necessary team total of 64 for the World Cup's format:

As stated in the previous Manager News post, these 9 teams are open and available for any prospective managers or caretakers to take on until the Aesthetics Deadline on June 26th. Reminder that Proof Of Interest is not required by these 9 teams for this cup, but any that acquire new staff must present valid POI in the future in order to participate in the 2021 4chan Autumn Babby Cup and/or any future cups.
Rules and AI Patch:
As previously stated, the World Cup will be played on PES 2021. There will be no changes from the ruleset used in 2021 4chan Winter Cup.
In addition, an AI patch will be used to modify the base gameplay of PES21 which will hereafter be referred to as the Spaghetti Patch. To acquire and apply the AI patch, please download the initial aesthetics pack, which has this gameplay patch included.

Aesthetics/Tactics-less Exports Deadline: June 26th, 23:59:59 UTC
Tactical Export Deadline: July 3rd, 23:59:59 UTC
Tactics-less Exports refers to a new requirement for teams. Due to the increased number of teams participating in this cup, when posting your team's aesthetics export, you will also need to provide a tactical export without any tactics intended to be used alongside it. This is to give those that will be helping to check and fix aesthetics access to every team's finalized rosters and player IDs that will be used in the cup. The deadline is also a week before the final tactical deadline in order to give an extra week's worth of time to compensate for the increased number of teams and amount of reviving teams.
