The Rules page has been updated, here's the tl;dr.
- Page now refers to PES 17 instead of 16.
- Winter rules now on page (just in time).
- players on preset 1 need to be in position now.
- Missing export deadline is no longer automatically a DQ, harsh penalties will apply no matter what.
- Minor fixes.
