This Manager News has been created to inform you of several things.

2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup and Qualifiers Signups open

The most important news is that the signups for BOTH the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup and 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers are now open. You can sign up on this page: 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup Signups. Keep in mind that this time you also need to upload a legal export with your signup this time. Again your team page is still leading for exports.

2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup rule changes

While there was a manager news post about potential rule changes for the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup and the Qualifiers 1½ week ago, it has been decided that there will be NO rule changes regarding tactical rules for both the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup and 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers.

Aesthetics for 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup and Qualifiers

There will be some changes regarding aesthetic exports for the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup. The first is that the Qualifiers will use the current template, that is the one used in Winter. Considering all the teams in the Qualifiers have not played in the Winter cup, all teams will have to upload a complete aesthetic export.

For the teams that have already qualified for the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup things are a little different. The first thing is that teams that have played in the 2016 4chan Winter Cup do not have to upload a complete aesthetic export. These teams will use the Gamma Winter Aesthetics (found on the Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 page) as base. If any of the aesthetics you want to add is already in there, you do not have to add it to your export. The second change is that a special external tool might be released for the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup named AEIOU. This tool will help you with making correct aesthetic exports by making the correct folder trees itself as well as checking for (the most common) mistakes. If everything goes well this tool will then be updated with more functionalities for future cups with more checks and whatnot.

There will be another manager news in time to let you know whether the old 2016 Aesthetic Export Template or the new AEIOU tool will be used for the actual 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup. This will probably happen alongside with an updated Aesthetic Exports page.

Do keep in mind that all aesthetic exports need to be uploaded on the team page, not on the exports page.

Passworded Aesthetic Exports

It was already mentioned in one of the previous manager news, but you can now link to password-protected exports on the wiki and send the password to the cup exports email. Do not upload the export itself to the email account. This way you can keep specific aesthetics secret for an upcoming cup if you really want.
