The Sixth Founding is the name currently given to teams that have expressed interest in joining the 4chan Cup between the 2014 4chan Winter Cup and the 2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup. This was to be the first time that an official Founding group would have staggered cup debuts. However, events which occurred leading up to the Autumn Babby allowed for all four teams to debut at the same time. This was to be dependent on each teams ability to develop interest and support from their respective boards. All four Sixth Founding teams competed in the 2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup.

- As of the conclusion of the 2022 4chan Winter Cup, two Sixth Founding team has won a Cup; /i/ in the 2019 4chan Spring Babby Cup and /biz/ in the 2022 4chan Winter Cup.
- As of the conclusion of the 2023 4chan Winter Cup, the Sixth Founding teams have a total of 4 "medal" finishes; /i/'s first place in the 2019 4chan Spring Babby Cup, /biz/'s first place in the 2022 4chan Winter Cup, /w/'s third place in the 2021 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, and /t/'s second place in the 2023 4chan Winter Cup.
- As of the conclusion of the 2023 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, /biz/ have the highest efficiency out of this Founding at 39.78%, while /t/ have the lowest efficiency in this Founding at 32.81%.
- /biz/ is the only 6th Founding team to have never appeared in a Fetus
