Usage
Shows the corresponding time in the US Eastern and Pacific time zones on hover. Should be used in events taking place after the DST transition.
Parameters
{{TimeDST|17|30}}
The first variable is the hour and the second one is the minute (in UTC).
This gives 17:30.
