I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than creating a non-S tier crew. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are raiding, carrying, and running trains for months just so they can get poached by an S tier crew. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little cutie - carrying luci hl, going into ubaha trains, giving them crew buffs to clear easier. All of it has one simple result: They can carry gws for other crews easier.
Raised the perfect member? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a random Fleet or Chococats that had nothing to do with the way they grew up, who poaches them. They gets the benefits of his farmed grid and eternals that came from your carriers.
As a danchou who has a crew, you are LITERALLY dedicating at least a few months of your life simply to raise a crewmember for another crew to enjoy. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL granblue cuck. Think about it logically.
