The Beta Bowl 3 is an upcoming invitational hosted by WayJay and /r9k/, made to give experience to the new Managers and Testers of /r9k/, /adv/ and other interested boards.
PES 17 will be used.(Barring a breakthrough with PES18 aesthetics) Draw will be done at cuptime March 18th to determine groups.

Competitors
Up to 20 teams will compete. Babbies and Betas have higher priority. Babbies have until March 8th to sign up, then signups are open for all managers of all skill levels.
Pots
There will be 5 pots, which will be drawn out later. Playoffs will be a round of 16 no matter what. I've left room for 20 teams, so i'm hoping for 5 groups of 4. Top 3 teams from each group advance to the round of 16. The two best last place teams will compete for a spot in the round of 16, and the bottom two teams will participate in the TANKBOWL.
