Some 4CC Changes And Ideas
So there are 3 different AI patch's that I know of that i'm current'y experimenting with, I dunno if they actually do anything or will do the things we want PES to be for the 4CC, but it would be appreciated if people could have a glance and see if it does.

For testing, i'm using the current 2016 Winter Cup rules, with current /a/,/mlp/,/sp/, and /k/ tacics in a single round robin group, running the group 10 times.I shall be recording scores, stats and personal observation.
