Made a quick video tutorial (linked above) on how to use Soundboard, the program I use to set up files for all the anthems ahead of time, cross-fade them automatically, and fade out just before kickoff. Downloads for both the program itself and the sample file used in the video are in the description.

It's also worth noting that many times when I used this on-stream, I would think that it wasn't working, only to have the anthems start like 5 to 7 seconds later. This is because some anthems have a few seconds of silence (some more than others) before the song actually begins, which can be removed using an audio editor like Audacity ahead of time.
