After a long time, /ck/ finally got a new manager. It was TunaMerchant and he had the objective to bring /ck/ back to their former glory. After easy wins in the friendlies, /ck/ had to face stiff competition in the actual Summer Cup. First, /v/ beat /ck/ 2-0 in a match where the stats and score don't tell the whole story: while /v/ was dominant, both of the goals came from PES blunders with the AI. Up next was /r9k/, and though they tried to make use of Elliot Rodger's deadly shots, /ck/ was able to make a comeback to win 2-1. With little momentum, no one expected what would happen next: /ck/ blew /a/ the fuck out 6-1, making this /ck/'s biggest win ever. This goal difference would come into play later. After this incredible win, /ck/ proceeded to become the first team in the PES 2014 era of the 4chan cup to lose against /out/. Despite an embarrassing 4-1 loss, /ck/ finished second with 7 points due to the goal difference. ==2015 4chan Winter Cup==
At first, the group stage draw appeared to place /ck/ in a troublesome group, namely because of /b/ (2014 Autumn Babby Cup winners) and /hr/ (2014 Summer Cup finalists). /po/ would be the first opponent, and /ck/ had no trouble in a 3-0 win against them. Up next was /b/, a team that looked strong initially, but fell apart in the second half. A penalty kick was given to /ck/, and Nachos didn't waste it, bringing /ck/ to a 1-1 draw. This was not enough for a hero like Nachos, and he got another goal at the last minute to get a 2-1 win that confirmed /ck/'s qualification to the round of 16, and the 2015 Summer Cup. Suddenly, /ck/ could relax and /hr/ took advantage of the moment in a vital 4-2 win that got /hr/ to take second place in the group.
From here, /ck/ seemed to be on a straight path to glory, with two wins in a row in the knockout rounds. For the first time since the 2012 Winter Cup, /ck/ was in the top 4 of a major 4chan cup. Unfortunately, their offense shot blanks in the semi final against /h/, but regardless of that, /ck/ happily took 3rd place after a strong 4-1 win over /lit/ in the 3rd place playoff.

| |||
Following such a strong performance in the previous cup, /ck/ had some pressure going into this season. In their first match of the season, /m/ tried to win with possession, but their finishing was lackluster in comparison to /ck/'s 10 shots on target as the latter won 3-1. The next match was more even, but /hr/'s defense couldn't cope with /ck/'s offense as they lost 3-2. This result, along with the combination of other matches meant that /ck/ survived the group stage with one match remaining. The team relaxed, but perhaps they got too comfortable in the next two matches. /cm/ suddenly came to life against /ck/ in a shocking 3-0 win for the former, and this just happened to be enough to send /cm/ into the Round of 16. This lead to /hr/ fans claiming that /ck/ threw the match, but there was no proof to that.
Afterwards, /ck/'s offense woke up against /b/, but their defense didn't, and while they were able to score 3 goals in a match again, this wasn't enough against /b/, who won 4-3. This elimination was surprising early for /ck/, and on top of that, /b/ went on to win in their quarterfinals match, making them the first team to break the /ck/ curse.
==2016 4chan Winter Cup==
Due to getting past the group stage in the previous Summer Cup, /ck/ qualified for this year's Winter Cup, and was placed in a rather spicy group. Their first opponent in the group was /a/ in a match that proved to be much more difficult than last time. In this tense match, /ck/ got the 3-2 win in the end, an important result because they had to face /b/ next. This time, /ck/ was desperately looking to get revenge for being eliminated by the /b/tards in the previous season and were very aggressive for the first 60 minutes of the match. Afterwards, the team was tired and /b/ was getting more chances in the latter part of the match, but fortunately they were shooting blanks and narrowly lost 3-2 to /ck/. /a/'s loss to /out/ following this match meant that both /ck/ and /out/ were qualified to the round of 16 and the 2016 4chan Summer Cup.
Just like in the previous Summer Cup, /ck/ didn't win again after it was confirmed that they got past the group stage. /out/ dominated them in a 2-1 loss for /ck/, surprisingly leaving /out/ with 1st place in the group. At the round of 16, /ck/ was eliminated by /an/ with the familiar scoreline of 4-3, the same one from when /b/ eliminated them in the 2015 4chan Summer Cup. Though this was the beginning of the PES 2016 era of the 4chan cup, it didn't seem like much changed for /ck/. Until...

Short version: This cup was a fucking disaster for /ck/.<br>
From the very beginning, luck was not on /ck/'s side as they got drawn into a group of death with /a/, /v/, and /fit/, the defending champions. The only opponent that seemed easy was /a/, and they ended up beating /ck/ this time. Following this embarrassing start, the next opponent was /fit/, who had also lost in the first day of the cup. There was some hope for a while after /ck/ took a 2-1 lead, but a late comeback from the /fit/izens left /ck/ with a 2-3 loss and no points after two matches. Only a 9-3-3-3 miracle would save /ck/ after these results, but /v/ showed no mercy in a 2-1 win for them that left /ck/ in the 0 point mustard race. On top of that, Nachos would be leaving the team after this cup.
==2016 4chan Autumn Babby Cup==
Bochumbrew joined /ck/ management just before this cup began. With the group format changing once more, there was less room for error now. Groups were only made up of 4 teams this time, and /ck/ was drawn into Group E with /toy/, /vr/ and /i/.
The losing streak didn't look like it would end any time soon. An own goal from Will I Die? gave /toy/ a 3-2 win in /ck/'s first match of the cup. In the next match, /vr/ proved that possession is a negative stat: /ck/ had more possession, but didn't get many shots as they lost 1-0 to the retro vidya team. This, along with an unfortunate combination of results confirmed that /ck/ would be stuck in the babbies for another season. The only positive for /ck/ in this cup was that the losing streak got broken against /i/.
==2017 4chan Spring Babby Cup 2017, the darkest year==
/ck/ were drawn into Group D with /r9k/, /u/ and /co/ in what looked to be the most anticipated group of the cup. The team hoped to continue the momentum of last cup's rout over /i/, but forgot that /i/ were now Fetus-bound. /u/ were first to put the knife to /ck/. Though Fast Food Autism gave /ck/ a lifeline with a 74th minute equalizer, Homucifer's quick response sent /ck/ crashing back to Earth. An early goal by Doom in the /cock/ derby looked to seal /ck/'s fate within the first weekend, until the completely unknown British """food""" scored from nowhere with just four minutes remaining. Unfortunately, /co/ had been blessed with RNGesus's Fetus boost and Hope Corgi decided that all would be well for them. His injury time matchwinner not only confirmed /ck/'s relegation, but finally promoted /co/.
/ck/ had only one goal in mind going into their final match with /r9k/: Avoid the Fetus. /r9k/ scored early and all looked bleak for /ck/. Things just got worse when one of the /r9k/ players dropped a pocketful of spaghetti in the penalty box just prior to another attack. Both Cast Iron Skillet and Shitty Roommate were caught in two minds: Get the spaghetti and clear the ball. Both ended up deciding to clear the ball, and as such, Shitty Roommate kicked the ball into Cast Iron Skillet's face, they both slipped on the spaghetti, and /r9k/ tapped the loose ball into the empty net.
Well, at least things couldn't get worse, right?
'Go 'Za managed to put the ball into the net early in the second half to give /ck/ a glimmer of hope. With time running out, /r9k/ went on another attack. Vertical Recipe managed to intercept a pass to Elliot Rodger and decided to play it safe by passing it back to Cast Iron Skillet. Sadly, he hadn't cleaned the spaghetti sauce off of his boots at halftime, so as he tried to control the ball, he slipped on the smear and could only watch as the ball rolled into the empty net. The goal cemented /ck/'s place in the upcoming Fetus cup, and also cemented their second "Biggest spaghetti moment" award.
==2017 4chan Autumn Babby Cup==
/ck/ had to go through the qualifiers this time around, and got their first (and only) win of 2017 against /fa/. Following that, the team would get blown out by /a/ in a 4-0 loss, and narrowly lost 3-2 against /wsg/ afterwards. Fortunately for them, 3 points were enough to qualify for the Babby Cup. In the actual cup, /ck/ was drawn against rivals /fit/, /p/, and /o/. Once again, /ck/'s performance was disastrous. With two blowout losses, and a close 2-1 defeat to /p/, /ck/ earned the wooden spoon of the tournament. With 1 win in 9 matches this year, the ro/ck/stars had to make some massive improvements for 2018.

2011 4chan Summer Cup
/ck/ are one the original sixteen teams, which means they played in the first 4chan cup. This cup used the double bracket system, and several players of the /ck/ squad were created at the last moment based only in food and not in the culture of the board itself. During their first match ever, they faced /soc/ and won 1-0. They proceeded to face /tv/ in the next round which turned into a 7-goal thriller, 5 for /ck/ and 2 for /tv/. With momentum on their side, /ck/ advanced to the semifinals to face /fit/ and won 1-0. This sent /ck/ to the Winners' Final. There, they faced /sp/ in a fierce match which /ck/ won at the end in penalties, 6 to 7. At the Finals, /ck/ faced /a/, the winner of the Losers' bracket final. Surprisingly, /a/ won both the First Final and the Grand Final 1-0 and 3-0 respectively, making /ck/ the runner-up of this cup. This cup was the birth of the talismanic gold striker Nachos, who took the golden boot. As a result, some see him as the original GOAT of the cup.
Sadly, all detailed results for this cup are now lost beyond what could be dug through /a/'s archived threads.
2012 4chan Winter Cup
After /ck/'s performance in the first cup, people were expecting big results from the team in this cup, maybe to take the cup home this time. In their first match they faced /o/ defeating them 4-0 with a Nachos hat trick, this brought a lot of people a hope to see if the Original GOAT could win it all this time, sadly /ck/ run in the Winners' Bracket was cut short this time in the semifinals, after defeating /g/ 1-0, /sp/ destroyed the ro/ck/stars 4-0 sending them to the Losers' Bracket. There they faced /tg/ in the fourth round, a 2-2 draw with goals from Tika Masala and Forcaccia took this match to a Penalty kick shootout, which /ck/ won 4-2 and advanced to the fifth round to face /fit/, a 3-2 victory secured their place in the Losers' Bracket Final, but that would end up being their last match as they faced /sp/ again and lost 4-0 again, giving /ck/ a 3rd place.
With the birth of a new cup, /ck/ had the chance to play 2 more friendlies in preparation for the 2012 Summer Cup. Here, they faced /fit/ getting a 3-3 draw. /ck/ faced /b/ in a later match, and much the surprise of viewers, /b/ won the match 3-1. This game saw a lot of spaghetti coming from /ck/, specially from their goalkeeper as he gave a /b/ striker a free goal after a bad throw.
2012 4chan Summer Cup
In the friendlies left for testing before the cup started, /ck/ faced /3/, the Spring runner-up, only to lose 1-0 with a goal from Maya. The team's poor form continued in friendlies against /n/ and /tg/. The fact that /ck/ didn't show as much power as they did in the last 2 cups had viewers wondering if /ck/ would face relegation to the babby cup due the new relegation system in major cups.
This Summer cup was the first top-tier cup to use a Group Stage-Knockout system, as well as giving relegations to the teams with the worst performances. In the first group stage match, /ck/ went up against /jp/. Some predicted this to be an easy win for /ck/ due to the return of Doogie to /jp/, but the final result was a 3-3 draw that came from a back and forth match.
Nachos was noticeably failing to live up to expectations in the match against /jp/, but made up for it with a classy performance against /co/. His hat trick gave /ck/ an important win, and it seemed like /ck/ was safely through to the next stage. After /jp/'s 2-0 defeat against /co/, /ck/ seemed even safer, they just needed to win, or draw, and they could even lose by 1 goal to get through to the next round. However, /tv/ caused one of the biggest upsets in that cup, as they dominated /ck/ in a 4-1 win. This happened due to /tv/ finding a manager in the middle of the cup, while /ck/ was stuck with the PES AI leading the way for them. Due to this, /ck/ eliminated in the group stage, and barely avoided relegation. It was the end of a golden era.
After their failure in the last cup, /ck/ had the chance to play 3 friendlies during the Autumn season to try to recover. With wins against /r9k/ and /gif/, /ck/ was starting a winning streak. Unfortunately, a 3-1 loss to /fit/ brought the team back down to Earth.
2013 4chan Winter Cup - TunaMerchant era, Relegation
After a long time, /ck/ finally got a new manager. It was TunaMerchant !!+U8b1gCk0rk and he had the objective to bring /ck/ back to their former glory. TunaMerchant wanted to set a friendly for /ck/, but the fact that he took control of the team so close to the beginning of the Winter Cup friendlies gave him just a few teams to pick for a friendly. After setting a match with /b/, he made a rookie mistake. Even after his PesEDITOR export was in the wiki along with his formation, his roster on the wiki was not updated. Back then, this was obligatory, so due to that, /ck/ played with some players out of position. This gave them a considerable disadvantage that /b/ exploited as they took the lead early. Fortunately for /ck/, this ended up being a back and forth game, with /b/ taking the lead three times and /ck/ drawing the score every time, leading to a 3-3 draw in the end. It was a lackluster debut for the new manager, but the worst was about to come.
For the actual cup, /ck/ was drawn in a group with /d/, /v/ and /hm/. Initially, it looked that /ck/ had a high chance of making it to the next round, but they faced a terrible 3-0 defeat against /v/ on their first game. After that game, it all kept getting worse for the once mighty /ck/, as they suffered a 4-1 loss against /d/ with /ck/’s new GK, Paula Deen, putting on an awful performance.
Following /d/'s loss to /v/, /ck/ now needed to win by a margin of 6 goals against /hm/ to avoid relegation. Due to that, TunaMerchant decided to play an offensive style from the beginning of the match, but this plan backfired, to put it midly. By the end of the first half, /hm/ was winning 3-1. After this, in a moment of complete faggotry and lack of sportsmanship, >Tuna decided to throw the match after realizing that /ck/ needed to get 8 goals in 45 minutes to avoid relegation. What happened in the next 45 minutes was perhaps the worst performance of /ck/ in their history as >Tuna deployed the controversial “CK” formation. /hm/ did whatever they wanted for the second half, and the final result was a scandalous 7-2 loss for /ck/, not only giving them their worst defeat ever, but also getting them to finish last in Winter Cup rankings.
People in the thread, the Twitch chat, and IRC were asking for TunaMerchant’s head. His meltdown not only doomed /ck/, but brought /d/ to relegation as well because they needed /ck/ to win the match to make it through. A couple of hours later, TunaMerchant wrote a 2-post apology to everybody for his childish behavior and lack of sportsmanship towards /d/ and /hm/, accepting any consequences his actions could bring to him and asking for a second chance. Presumably due to no one from /ck/ wanting to become a new manager, TunaMerchant got his second chance in the next season.
2013 4chan Spring Babby Cup, Redemption
After his tremendous blunder in winter, TunaMerchant needed to boost the morale of the few /ck/ fans that kept following the cup after that terrible defeat. For the Spring friendlies, he chose to do a small vidya tour, facing /vg/, and /v/. /ck/ performed very well against them and got strong wins in both matches.
In the group stage draw for this cup, /ck/ was drawn with /f/, /sci/ and /lit/. At their first match, they faced /f/. Due to >Twitch, TunaMerchant was unable to watch the match, but he managed to give Gracen tactics before the match. /ck/ took a 2-0 lead in the first half, but fell victim to the most dangerous lead towards the end of the half. A 74th minute goal from Nachos got /ck/ the 3-2 win, making this their first victory in a cup in almost 6 months.
Next, they faced /sci/, a team known for their strong goalkeeping and their star striker Bill Nye. /ck/ couldn't get past the wall that was Thorium, and he got 7 saves in the match. Despite /ck/'s efforts, /sci/ proved to be a more efficient side as they got the 1-0 win with only one shot on target.
In their last group match, /ck/ faced /lit/, a team that was already in the next round and in the Summer Cup. Even with that in mind, /lit/ did not take it easy and looked to stay strong. A 55th minute goal from Deep&Edgy looked like it was going to keep /ck/ down in the Babbies. This resulted in a change of tactics that got /ck/ to be more aggressive with their attacks, and this worked in the end. Nachos' 85th minute goal got /ck/ to second place in the group with a 1-1 draw, and into the 2013 Summer Cup.
Having partially amended his previous mistake, TunaMerchant’s next objective was to win this Babby Cup. They faced /cgl/ in the RO16, a team famously that killed /m/’s hopes to come back to the Summer cup in a dramatic match. However, /cgl/ had a disappointing performance, and /ck/ got a solid 2-0 win. This was their first knockout round victory since the 2012 Winter Cup, as well as their best result so far since the group stage system was brought into the 4chan cup. Following that match, /ck/ was eliminated in the quarterfinals by /x/. Due to /ck/ defenders conceding a lot of fouls very close to the goal, this gave Pyramid Head a couple of Free kick goals, and a header goal to seal the deal. Strangely, silver player Iron Chef was subbed out during this match due flexible subs being turned on for /ck/ and >Pro Active AI.
2013 4chan Summer Cup, End of TunaMerchant's era
For this season's friendlies, /x/ and /hr/ were /ck/'s opponents. /ck/ lost 3-1 to /x/ again in a mediocre match where the biggest highlight was DrBorisG singing Moliendo Café due to /x/’s spookiness breaking all the links to the goalhorn. In the next match against /hr/, /ck/ faced a terrible 4-1 defeat while being dominated the entire match.
After the friendlies, TunaMerchant accepted that he rushed to put together his formations, as he had no time to make any proper preparations all due to real life issues and a very unstable schedule that was constantly changing. Due to that, he announced his retirement after the Summer cup was finished.
/ck/ was drawn in Group H in the actual cup, with /pol/, the 3rd place in Winter 2013, /sci/, a team that /ck/ faced in Spring, and /co/, bringing back the cock derby. But first, /pol/ faced /ck/ in a match where the former put on a very disappointing performance in a 2-0 loss to /ck/.
The second match brought /ck/ - /sci/, a match with a special meaning to Tuna due to the frustrating loss to /sci/ in the Spring Babby Cup. At first, /sci/ took the lead, but their leaky defense was exploited for the rest of the match. /ck/ took a 3-1 lead in the first half and stayed strong in the second, leading to a 5-1 victory. This not only secured /ck/ a position in the next Winter cup, but also gave them their biggest victory at the time.
With this, both /co/ and /ck/ were already in the next round and qualified for the next Winter Cup. For the /co//ck/ fight, TunaMerchant decided to rest both his silver players: Perfect Coffee was rested due to his yellow card, and /ck/ Challenge was rested due to his stamina suffering heavily at the /sci/ match. Since /co/ managers didn’t rest their star players until the last minutes of the game, the final result was a telegraphed 3-0 victory for /co/.
For the round of 16 match, /ck/ was up against /trv/. While some were expecting a tight match between two teams with seasoned managers, the result was quite different and unsatisfying for the /ck/ fans. Tuna wasn’t able to attend the match due to real life issues and left some tactics to DrBorisG. Unfortunately, those tactics didn’t work out, and since TunaMerchant was unable to make changes during the match, the team ended up taking a terrible 4-0 loss with several mistakes from Nachos and Perfect Coffee. Sad Crab also put on a poor performance as he only managed to stop one shot in the match. This match also marked the end of TunaMerchant's time as /ck/ manager, giving his position up to AntacidCanada !!bxgf5+DXvbZ, as he stepped down to work as a tester.
2013 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Friendlies, AntacidCanada Era
Now under a new manager, /ck/ were looking to finish their run in PES 2013 with a couple of victories over /adv/ and /o/. In their match against /adv/, both teams struggled the whole game, with Nachos scoring a goal in the first half and S/adv/irgin in the second. This looked to be a draw, but a last minute goal from Nachos gave /ck/ the victory, and a nice debut for AntacidCanada. In the second game against /o/, the situation looked quite similar, with WAT Racing scoring an early goal and Pink Himalayan Salt scoring after an amazing run from /ck/'s own side of the pitch. However, it was /o/ who got the winning goal in the end, with a fantastic lob from LS1 Swap. These two matches marked the end of /ck/'s run in PES 2013, and it was time to prepare for the PES 2014 era of the cup.
2014 4chan Winter Cup
/ck/ exploded onto the PES14 scene with a friendly against /soc/ and a rivalry game against /fit/. The game against /soc/ was a 3-3 thriller that at least tried to kill the "no goals in PES14" meme. It tried, but the remaining matches on that day certainly didn't, with many of them being dull wins by 1 goal. Fans were worried about what PES 2014 had in store for the cups ahead.
In their next friendly, /ck/ was the clear favorite due to the /fit/ manager missing the deadline and getting the team nerfed. The match ended up being close, though, and /ck/ got the 2-1 victory with a late Perfect Coffee goal.
With a new manager at the helm, and decent results in friendlies, /ck/charged into the 2014 Winter cup and put up an effort that couldn’t be judged as anything less than valiant. They may not have gone past the Group Stages, but they put up a good fight. Against /wg/, they showed their scoring power in a back and forth match that would have been a tie if Boss Nigga hadn’t defied the odds and scored a last minute goal. The game against /vr/ may not have been the most interesting to watch, but /ck/ kept their game up with a 3-1 win. Finally, /ck/ faced off with this cup’s winner, /trv/. /ck/ proved themselves to be a formidable opponent and tied up the match, something no other team could manage against /trv/ in this season. Unfortunately, this draw was not enough for /ck/ to avoid relegation.
2014 4chan Spring Babby Cup
It was time for /ck/ to pick themselves up again, and this time they were placed in a tough group: Group G of this Babby Cup put /ck/ against /tg/, /fit/, /int/, and /d/. After initially struggling to find their footing in a 1-1 draw against /d/, /ck/ recovered with style. With 3 wins in a row after the first match, /ck/ topped the group with 10 points, the most anyone could get in the new 5-team group setup for the Babby Cups.
Unfortunately, the good times once again ended with a big loss. /vg/ eliminated /ck/ in the Round of 16 with a 3-0 win where /ck/'s finishing left much to be desired.
2014 4chan Summer Cup
After easy wins in the friendlies, /ck/ had to face stiff competition in the actual Summer Cup. First, /v/ beat /ck/ 2-0 in a match where the stats and score don't tell the whole story: while /v/ was dominant, both of the goals came from >PES blunders with the AI. All was not lost just yet, as Pink Himalayan Salt scored the winning goal for /ck/ against /vg/, and with that, the group was left wide open for anyone to go through. Little did they know that Pink Himalayan Salt's goal would be the only one /ck/ would have in the cup.
In a very dull match to mercifully end the stream of matches, /ck/ lost 1-0 to /h/ in a match that literally had one shot in its entirety. Once again, /ck/ had to pick themselves up from relegation.
2014 4chan Autumn Babby Cup
Once more, /ck/ looked to return to a major 4chan cup as soon as possible, and this time, the team accomplished this with wild ups and downs. Initially, /n/ proved to be a tougher challenge than expected, and the match was marred by Sou's poor streaming. For context, Sou was supposed to be hosting the matchday, and due to some issues not seen in previous streams of his, the match with /n/ and /ck/ went at an extremely slow speed. In the end, /ck/ and /n/ had to settle for a 1-1 draw after the second half was streamed by Gracen.
At the round of 16, /vp/ eliminated /ck/ with a Miror B double in a 2-1 win for the /vp/oreons.
2015 4chan Winter Cup
2015 4chan Summer Cup
2016 4chan Winter Cup
Until...
2016 4chan Summer Cup
Short version: This cup was a fucking disaster for /ck/.
2016 4chan Autumn Babby Cup
2017 4chan Spring Babby Cup 2017, the darkest year
/ck/ were drawn into Group D with /r9k/, /u/ and /co/ in what looked to be the most anticipated group of the cup. An early goal by Doom in the /cock/ derby looked to seal /ck/'s fate within the first weekend, until the completely unknown >British """food""" scored from nowhere with just four minutes remaining.
2017 4chan Autumn Babby Cup
