Sorry, but you rarely find competent people in these places. Majority of people are in contact with /aesco/ about these stuff. But at least I can help you with your research. Unless you plan to map the edit file yourself and know what are you doing, you shouldn't really go against the guy that has done most of the work for mapping 19.
