Alright, what you'll want to do is copy the hair_parts_col texture into the hair_col file then squash it in half like pic related: http://puu.sh/jQLuC/35f1ce2050.png <br>
Then create a new image using that template I gave you and copy+paste the hair_col texture so it fits like this on it (turn it 90 degrees left): http://puu.sh/jQLsg/c2bb0e1699.png <br>
set up your LOD and stuff in blender, select all then import the image you just created: http://puu.sh/jQLwU/9990d609bb.png <br>
Then re-arrange your UV to match it: http://puu.sh/jQLys/70abbfe576.png <br>
You can later delete the file, since it's not needed, it's just recreating the map that PES creates itself when it loads things in. <br>
