Fate/Grand Order's main servant! Mashu is the first servant you get in the game, and she follows you everywhere you go in the story, while calling you senpai. Sadly, her level cap is locked by the story, so many people leave her on the bench during the actual battles. Her shield is still pretty dependable when you need her the most, though.
In the valentine's event, which featured every female servant giving you some chocolate, Mashu gave you a chocolate cake with her name written on it. Thank you for your glorious engrish, nips.

Saberface
|
|
Saberface is the epidemic manifested by Arturia and all of her clones and servants with a similar face, like Nero and Jeanne. According to many, they're the cancer killing Type-Moon. You can find one around every corner (there are literally 12 of them in the game, and more to come!), and their virus is even extending to other servants like Cu Chulainn, who already has 5 variations.

Arash is a heroic archer from Iranian mythology who fought against Turanians. His arrows are shot with such strength that they can shatter mountains, and his Noble Phantasm is his famous shot which traveled a huge distance before finally landing and marking the future border between the Iranians and the Turanians, thus ending their war.
He's a nice guy and a great drinker, and has everything a Heroic Spirit needs to be cool, so what possibly could go wrong? Everything.

Black Keys
|
|
The Black Keys have been for a long time the most feared among the Craft Essences that polluted our rolls. They're some of the least useful cards you could get, and their fame as one of the Church's weapons of choice earned them the reputation of being a result of the infamous priest Kotomine Kirei messing with our gacha rolls, even after DW removed them from the Quartz gacha.

Maintenance
|
|
Every online game needs some server maintenance from time to time, right? Well, Fate/Grand Order is famous all around nipland for its emergency maintenances, which usually happen all of a sudden and without notice.
The most famous maintenance was the one that occurred just five days after the game was released, and which lasted 48 hours. This seemingly infinite downtime was called the
Great Maintenance, and drove insane most of the anons lurking the threads. We only managed to survive the powerlevel shitposting thanks to some anon posting rounds of Hunger Games simulations, and to the legendary AP Recharge Waitroom, a CyTube room which streamed some fun anime, like Kaiji.

Gilgamesh is, according to some, the Strongest Servant™ in lore. For a long while his strength in game hasn't reflected this, though, and he was even listed as the worst 5* servant in a random nip's "Objective tierlist" with a score of 7.5, something of which the Gil haters took advantage to shitpost against anyone who likes Gil by spamming the list.
After Gilgamesh got buffed he got a score of 8.7 and the list spam stopped, but the meme will live forever.

GOLD

Sakata Kintoki is one of the nips' most favorite servants. He's a true Japanese hero, and in Fate he's represented as a /fit/ guy with the mentality of a child. He likes smoking and drinking, but his biggest passion is everything that's made of GOLD, to the point that Golden is his nickname.
In game he's the best servant at destroying bosses in just one turn, and he's so strong that using him can be practically considered cheating.

Sumanai
|
|
Siegfried was one of the most promising characters in the Fate/Apocrypha light novel, until he gave away his life in the middle of the story to save the boring gary stu main character. Sumanai.
The posture he has in his card's art and the fact that even being one of the strongest saber servants in lore he's the weakest gold rarity saber earned him the nickname of Sumanai. He's also the most popular character choice for the fanmade chibis made by 2ch.

With a nickname derived from the description of one of his skills, Eternal Assists Mastership (EAM), he can simply be called the best. His level is above Markings and Shieldings.
He was born with numerous dribbling skills and shooting techniques that take him beyond the realm of "high-spec" right into "completely overpowered". In addition to the excellent supporting ability provided by EAM and his NP For Someone's Goal (FSG), the combination of his skill Protection of the reFerees (PoF) and his NP Knight of Hattricks (KoH) make him too strong even on his own. He could easily score goals from outside the box.

REGEND
|
|
During the first few weeks after the game was released, the game's biggest threats were the Wyverns and the giant dragon Fafnir. Both are Rider-class though, so the solution was using Assassin servants against them.
The most popular one was Kojirou, who even as a 1* servant became our general's most famous meme when an anon posted two screenshots of him beating Fafnir by himself. The REGEND of the Dragonslayer, Savior of France was thus born.
This meme even became canon after some nips reposted our pics in their forums making them gain the attention of Nasu, who pictured Kojirou as a dragonslayer in the first ingame special event's story.

Smug Redman
|
|
Someone just wrote a stupid comment that doesn't even deserve a written reply? Reply with a smug redman! Smug Redman is one of the oldest and most known Fate memes, and there are endless variations of the original picture, with new and "fresh" ones being made every day.
The servant himself, EMIYA, is a cool guy who has an even older meme behind, GARcher. After a long period of retirement from the /a/ team he's ready to get back in action with his fellow servants, and cast Unlimited Ball Works on the goal.
