outlelb Owl is the first Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 invitational, to be held on 14th and 16th of December 2015. Created to commemorate Koala and Tunabrain succeeding at reverse engineering the encryption of PES16 and to give the viewers a preview of PES16's gameplay, this tournament will feature 8 fake teams, the dankest memes and heavy circlejerking to ensure the cancer values will be off the chart. It'll be streamed on Superzak's >shitbox beginning at 18:30 UTC on both days - 90 bings later than normal Cup time to compensate for the streams taking place on weekdays.
Competitors
Rules
All normal Cup rules regarding exports will apply: GGSS system, height brackets - complete with height abuse penalties, card limit (1 for GKs, 2 for non-medals, 3 for silvers, 4 for golds, free captaincy) etc. etc.
The game will be set to 10 minutes halves on superstar AI, with 3 subs, random conditioning, injuries on, emotions off.
There are no specific rules regarding timeouts as they are at host's discretion. In theory this means the amount of timeouts is unlimited, in praxis you're likely to get told to fuck off if you try to take too many of them.
