I'll flesh this out later but you want to set Tyre wear to 5x so the AI has more chances to fuck up near the end of the race for entertainment's sake. Ideally you want to start the stream on weekend mode, enable the AI app while practice is on, turn down tyre, aero and brake hint to something like 40-50 (depending on the track) and always turn up aiPush to 120 so they're more likely to attack.
Set the AI to 99+-1% skill and 80+-20% aggression on Content Manager before starting and Tyre wear on 5x, so the AI has more chances to fuck up near the end of the race for entertainment's sake.

Similarly, if you want dynamic weather you'll have to do it during the practice session using the Sol app and selecting one of the presets.

This is a compilation of resources for liverymakers and\or candidate streamers to replicate the setup I'm currently testing.

Game

Essentials

Assetto Corsa will be the basis for new F4CC streams, it's not perfect but it's plenty moddable. You'll also need an account on Race Department as that's where most AC mods are.

Content Manager, an alternative launcher, allows you to tweak cars, tracks, apps, AI liveries, etc. much more efficiently than the default UI, so grab this first. It also has an inbuilt browser and a mod installer that will help you tweak AC to bits - just drag .zips to it and it'll do the rest IIRC.

Install the Custom Shaders Patch from Content Manager - this'll make the game look much nicer, and enable the use of...

Sol is a weather engine, it adds rain, snow, fog, etc. and makes the game look a lot better.

Tracks

You can go on RaceDepartment and find pretty much anything, but if you're lazy, some retard made a couple of all inclusive track packs that make track acquisition pretty easy: 1 & 2

Some of the stock tracks have an annoyingly low amount of stock pits - this means you can't race with more than 19-20 AI cars, but thankfully there's patches for them: OSRW patches

The Car

We'll be using a mod that's based off of a real 2000s F1 car. Teorethically a paid mod whose team is pretty gung ho with taking down mirrors, I'll avoid naming it to hopefully stay off their radar. Here

We could alternatively use the stock F2004 in the game, but I can't get the AI to make as many mistakes and accidents on it, so I prefer this one.

Liveries

This is the official template pack the modmakers provide for making custom liveries, helmets, tires, the lot - However, for the lazy that just want to quickly and dirtily modify something, here's a few existing ones

Streaming

Alright so how does one stream a game that has no spectator mode? With a fuckton of plugins and apps, of course.

Get BCast, Auto Cam, and Auto Start and learn how to use them. Enable them with Content Manager, then hover on the right edge of your AC window while the race is running and you'll see them in the Apps list. Place them where you think they best belong for a stream, configure them, familiarize yourself with them and their hotkeys. It's a bitch, but if well done your stream will look very swanky. Also, learn Assetto Corsa's F1-F7 camera hotkeys and CTRL+SHIFT+Num1/3 to change from car to car.

Alternative tower: ACTV

Settings

Set the AI to 99+-1% skill and 80+-20% aggression on Content Manager before starting and Tyre wear on 5x, so the AI has more chances to fuck up near the end of the race for entertainment's sake.

Ideally you want to start the stream on weekend mode, enable the AI app while practice is on, turn down tyre, aero and brake hint to something like 40-50 (depending on the track) and always turn up aiPush to 120 so they're more likely to attack.

Similarly, if you want dynamic weather you'll have to do it during the practice session using the Sol app and selecting one of the presets.
