Rebuilding the page
So far, this page was reconstructed using Google cache.

TODO:
- Add missing images. Google offers at least small previews (PROTIP: the filenames are a good indicator as these were rarely changed).
- Picture reference (for some): http://i.imgur.com/nPK0cAL.jpg
- Make sure image parameters are correct. I guessed them to be [[Image:hurr.png|100px|hurr.png]]; px value was taken from html source.
- Restore missing styles and formatting.
- Remove trash HTML code everywhere.
- Remove unnecessary encoding replacements.

Improving the page
