The 2024 4chan Autumn Babby Cup will be the fifty-second official 4chan Cup tournament and the thirteenth iteration of the Autumn Cup series. Teams that were relegated from the 2024 4chan Summer Cup, those which failed to advance from the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup, and those which failed to qualify from the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers, will compete at the event.

/mlp/ will be the hosts for this tournament, as the reigning Babby champions.

Thirty-two teams will compete at this tournament; sixteen of the teams qualified by means of relegation from the 2024 4chan Summer Cup, four qualified by means of failing to advance to the knockout stage of the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup, three qualified by failing to advance from the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers, and seven will qualify from the 2024 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.

Pots

The group stage draw will be held on October 27th, 2024.

Teams are placed in four different pots based on seeding. Seeding is determined by:

1. The finishing position of the 16 teams relegated from the 2024 4chan Summer Cup in that tournament.
2. The finishing position of the teams who failed to qualify from the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup group stage.
3. The finishing position of the teams who advance from the 2024 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.
4. The finishing position of the teams who failed to qualify from the 2024 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers.

All of the highest-seeded competitors (the top eight relegated from Summer) are placed in Pot 1; the next-highest in Pot 2, and so on until all pots contain eight teams each.
