| width="80%" align="justify" style="font-size: 90%;" | In 2017 /2hug/ would be born on /vg/ as result of a GET. Despite such a weird origin the general would move on to remain active and soon after create a football team to fight for glory in the /vg/ league, but most importantly have funny looking players on the pitch.
| width="80%" align="justify" style="font-size: 90%;" | Dedicated to the only flagship Sony property left that isn't a cinematic third-person action-adventure game, /vgt/ would, on the surface, be an unlikely candidate for a VGL team, but it wouldn't be long after the release of GT7 and creation of the general for the team to see the pitch.

/2hug/ would not have a great start, failing to advance from the qualifiers of their first league appearance in VGL9. Outside of a good run in VGL14, which also put a certain clown cunny on the map as a menace in the goal, /2hug/ would have rather lackluster performances. Despite this, /2hug/ would keep moving on and not give up. Practicing their danmaku, learning the patterns and dodging bullets. VGL X-2 saw a good group phase, cut short in the knockouts, but the potential was there. It was in VGL21 when finally everything came together for that 1CC run. While the group phase was clown silly, it was the knockouts where /2hug/ showed its full strength beating opponent after opponent in hard won battles till they finally stood at the top for that good ending.
Before they had even made their debut in VGL 19, /vgt/ already found glory on September 11th when they beat /gfg/ in the finals of New Thread Cup, their very first outing as a team. The racists would go on to have further iconic performances, such as in VGL 19 where star player Tom's Supra scored 5 goals by the 58th minute against /きらら/, tying the VGL record for most goals scored by a single player in one match, and in VGL X-2 where the team made a 3 goal comeback against /fgog/ to tie the game and escape the group stage by a whisker.

There are many teams in the /vg/ League. Some come and vanish as fast as they came. Some see instant success. Others have ups and down, while a few keep chasing their glory of the past. /2hug/ was a team that struggled, but unlike others, /2hug/ would keep going and persevere. And with perseverance eventually comes success. Like with Danmaku, with enough hard work, time and luck you will eventually come through.
Despite the franchise's seemingly dull denomination as The Real Driving Simulator™, /vgt/'s cast of misfits quickly endeared themselves to VGL, from supercars to shitboxes, Brazilians to Australians, kei cars to movie stars, and composers to quail farmers. While they reached off-the-record highs in New Thread Cup and even Randomized Tag Team Cup 2 with old rivals /forza/, the team would never quite make it to the final stage in VGL proper. Forever one turn short of making it to the podium, and in the case of VGL 22, one mere goal away from their streak of knockout appearances. In spite of this, and the general's status as one of the slowest on the board, the team had dedicated fans with them from day one, cheering and jumping from the grandstands of the Nordschleife.

Despite a rough showing in VGL23, the former champions are looking strong coming into VGL24. Though wether it will go well or they crash and burn, /2hug/ will just keep going. For dark days always eventualy pass and there are happy days to be remembered.
After a VGL 23 campaign which began with shocking wins and ended with crushing defeat to the eventual finalists, /vgt/ would hang up their racing suits and drive off into the sunset. Only time will tell if the team will ever return for one last ride, or if the damage is too much to continue the race...

Dedicated to the only flagship Sony property left that isn't a cinematic third-person action-adventure game, /vgt/ would, on the surface, be an unlikely candidate for a VGL team, but it wouldn't be long after the release of GT7 and creation of the general for the team to see the pitch.

After a VGL 23 campaign which began with shocking wins and ended with crushing defeat to the eventual finalists, /vgt/ would hang up their racing suits and drive off into the sunset. Only time will tell if the team will ever return for one last ride, or if the damage is too much to continue the race...
