This is the sign-up page for teams interested in playing in /vt/ League 8.

Signups are currently CLOSED.

Please read the following guidelines for a valid sign-up. Ineligible sign-ups will be removed without notice.

Guidelines

1. Teams are subject to the Successful Threads guidelines in order to be approved initially:
   1. November 9th - December 18th: At least 3 threads that hit 156 posts minimum
   2. December 19th - February 7th: At least 5 threads that hit 156 posts minimum
2. Any team signing-up must have a valid team page with a quality roster listed. Several TBD players, no roster listed at all, or an exceptionally poor-quality roster will not be accepted: any team with any of these aspects will have their sign-up removed. A team must also have a logo and icon uploaded, or are subject to have their sign-up removed.
3. Only the Organizer, a current Caretaker/Manager, or a prospective Caretaker/Manager may sign-up a team.
4. When signing-up, the person who signed them up must sign their name next to the sign-up using 4 ~ (to automatically sign with their name and timestamp)
5. When signing-up, the individual who signs up a team is then responsible for sending the Organizer their thread's POI (Proof of Interest) as 4chan archive links immediately. They will not be accepted before the sign-up is posted. Sign-ups posted without immediate linking of POI to the Organizer via >Discord DM will be promptly removed and redoing signing-up will be required. Threads that are not archived yet will not be accepted.
   1. POI is valid from January 3rd onward.
6. Valid sign-ups will be only approved based on relative strength of POI alone. Being 'first' or an early sign-up has no weight on the acceptance of a team's sign-up.
7. No teams will be confirmed or denied until at least 12 hours have passed from sign-ups opening.
8. Teams with weak or suspicious POI may have their sign-up marked with Under Review by the Organizer and may only be approved later or disallowed. The original signee may send additional POI to have this removed sooner.
9. Any prospective new Manager must complete a short verification with the Organizer to manage.
