Multinationalb Owl

The Multinationalb Owl (aka the Multi-Bowl, or the /int/-Bowl) is an invitational tournament scheduled to take place after the 2016 4chan Summer Cup. The tournament will serve as the 4CC's equivalent of the World Cup, featuring real and fictional nations alike forming teams in the style of 4chan Cup teams. Due to this invitational having many "international" teams, /int/ will serve as host. The event will be streamed by QD on his Hitbox.

Format

Twenty-four teams will compete in this tournament. Each team will represent a nation in either the real or fictional/historical category and will take one of the Invitational team slots in PES 2016, thus the tournament will be played in 4chan Cup Invitationals mode. The team slots will be used in alphabetical order by team name, NOT by the name of the nation being represented by that team, and regardless of category.

Normal cup rules will apply for this tournament. Tournament format TBD depending upon who has everything ready for the tournament and who withdraws from it.

A new rule will be trialed during the knockout stages in which a team will be allowed to make a fourth substitute during extra time. Fourth-sub changes during the interval between the end of regulation and the start of extra time are also allowed.

Schedule (tentative)

  • August 26: Signups for new teams, exports and aesthetics due (at 23:59 UTC)
  • August 27: Group stage draw
  • September 2: Cup begins

Requirements

  • Working PES 2016 export, overwriting one of the invitational teams (meme tactics are highly encouraged)
  • Tactics preferably in pastebin format, as we lack the time in the world for live-managing
  • Anthem and goalhorn(s)
  • At least one outfielder kit and one goalkeeper kit (two outfielder kits recommended)
  • Nation's flag (preferably a 3x5 ratio)
  • Team's page on the wiki
