/fit/ F.C. is the virtual football club of 4chan's Fitness board.
On August 5, 2011, the /fit/ community lost a legend when Aziz "Zyzz" Shavershian passed away. Not even 24 hours later, /fit/ F.C. won its inaugural match against /k/. Forged in the fires of tragedy, /fit/ has been a formidable opponent throughout its history. Owned and captained by their martyr and patron saint, /fit/ have always strived for greatness. They are the champions of the 2016 4chan Winter Cup, and currently look toward the 2017 Winter Cup after being eliminated in the 2016 4chan Summer Cup Round of 16.

History
/fit/ was founded in 2011 as one of the Original 16 4chan Cup teams and competed in the inaugural Summer Cup that same year. /fit/ put in a solid showing, winding up 6th and setting a standard as a powerhouse of the competition. The team continued its' ascent with a 4th place showing in the following 2012 Winter Cup, putting up a series of domineering performances over /mu/, /co/, and /x/ before being knocked out by /ck/ for the second cup in a row. /fit/ were less impressive in the 2012 Summer Cup, and while 4 points wasn't enough to see the /fit/izens into the knockouts, it was enough for the team to retain its' Elite status and qualify for the 2013 Winter Cup. In preparation for said cup, /fit/zlsperger !!PUUQhs84Yb3 became the first person to take on the hallowed job of /fit/ manager. With actual human tactics, /fit/ qualified for the knockouts by winning two close games against /vg/ and /sci/, but was beaten in the Round of 16 by /cm/.
/fit/ went into the 2013 Summer Cup with high hopes, but those were quickly put to the test with a catastrophic loss to /u/. /fit/ would promptly get blown the fuck out again by /int/, and /fit/ were Elite no more. /fit/zlsperger retired after this poor showing, and /fit/ were forced to face their first Babby without a manager at the helm. /fit/ only got 1 point in said Autumn Babby, and the team looked toward Spring with little hope.
However, in the offseason, two men arrived who promised to bring /fit/ back to prominence. Weasel !!AmoLpUio6sD and Johnny Rambles !!vDakvTUAFYI took /fit/ into the 2014 Spring Babby cup, a cup which many expected the /fit/izens to promote from. An early win against /d/ featuring an impressive Zyzz header began the campaign with high hopes, but subsequent draws with /tg/ and /int/ left /fit/ in need of a win against /ck/ to advance. Despite controlling the majority of the game, /fit/ was eliminated from a cup by /ck/ for the third time.
The 2014 Autumn Babby Cup drew near, and the export deadline came and went. /fit/ management was nowhere to be found. With only one semi-legal export available for the cup, new recruit ThatGreekGuy !!kP474qreMcq faced a vexing decision only days into his tenure: play with a rigged as hell export or skip Autumn. He wisely chose the latter, giving way to an eager /t/ team. Weasel retired after hearing of the decision, and Johnny Rambles simply disappeared.
Shortly after the Autumn disaster, JohnnyBravo !!hun/mYyBLVf added his name to the /fit/ ledger. Even with an entirely new managerial team, nobody expected much from /fit/ in the 2015 Spring Babby Cup. A comeback win over rivals /r9k/ in their first game in over a year gave the /fit/izens early hope. /fit/ followed with a win against /out/, then drew /vp/ and /x/, thrusting the /fit/izens into their first Elite Cup since 2013. Eventual champions /tv/ would beat /fit/ after extra time, but the future appeared bright heading into the Elites.
In the 2015 Summer Cup, /fit/ got off to a strong start with a 1-1 draw that featuring poor, yet voluminous, shooting from both sides. /fit/ would follow this up with a 1-0 win over /d/ featuring some unique tactical genius, leaving the team in a good position to advance to the next round as they only needed a win or a draw. Everything came down to the final game of the group against /u/. Each side had their shots, but it was /u/ who made the breakthrough in the 80th minute. /u/ would capitalize for a second as /fit/ pressed to equalize, and the /fit/izens looked toward the Autumn Babby Cup, with the help of new co-manager TheDeek !!c+3ub1zCoe9.
Hopes for the Autumn Cup rode high as /fit/ was placed into a group that many predicted would be theirs for the taking. The team delivered, dishing out beatdowns to /biz/, /gif/, and /x/, scoring 4 goals in each game and clinching promotion with a game still left to play. To cap it all off, /fit/ ground out a 1-0 win over a surging /out/ team to clinch the 12 point mustard race. The team then turned its' attention to the knockout rounds, and delivered the first knockout round win in club history with a 5-2 smashing of /wsg/. /fit/'s Autumn run would come to an abrupt end at the hands of /an/ in the quarterfinals, but the defeat did nothing to break the team's resolve.
The 2016 Winter Cup began with a tentative pair of draws against /asp/ and /k/. /fit/ seemed to be back to their overly defensive ways in the Elites, and needed a win against /soc/ to break the spell of zero knockout appearances. However, the offense came to life in the second half of the final group stage game, smashing through an odd /soc/ buspark to the tune of a 3-0 victory. Drawn against /tv/ for their first elite knockout round game in 3 years, /fit/ delivered their first victory in said stage with a dominating 2-0 performance in which they did not allow a single shot on target. In the quarterfinals against /s/, /fit/ went up early through Zyzz, but found themselves down 1-2 late in extra time. Zyzz came down from heaven and delivered again at '116 to draw it level, and /fit/ would take advantage of both /s/ golds missing their kicks to win the resulting shootout. The team moved on to the semifinals against recurring opponent /out/ with glory in sight. The surging /out/doorsmen would stake themselves to an early 2-0 lead, but /fit/ mounted a furious comeback to lead 3-2 at the break. Zyzz would score a beautiful free kick in the second half to seal the deal, and /fit/ would move on to the Elite Cup Finals against a /u/ team that had relegated them twice. The Final was a slugfest, the teams trading blows end to end and pushing each other to their limits. LONDON and Scooby would score for /fit/, only to see /u/ come back to equalize each time. The Final went to extra time, where Golden Boot winner Homucifer would fire home to put /u/ up with only 15 minutes to play. /fit/ had one last comeback left in them, however, and LONDON's one-timer drew the match level once more at '111. Penalties seemed inevitable, but Scooby won a free kick and then forced a corner. Zyzz delivered from beyond the grave one final time, heading Ahnold's cross home in the 118th minute to grant /fit/ their first elite cup title. We all made it, brahs.
The team entered the 2016 Summer Cup looking to repeat their incredible Winter run. Things began poorly however with a spaghetti-filled 2-3 loss against /v/ leaving /fit/ immediately in need of points against old rivals /ck/ to stay alive. The game looked grim, but late Zyzz and Scooby goals would reverse previous fortunes and pull out a dramatic 3-2 win. The last group game against /a/ presented a strange group situation, as it was entirely possible that /fit/ could be eliminated even with a win and 6 points. The /fit/izens dug deep and found their cup-winning form. Zyzz scored 4 times, and /fit/ delivered a historic 7-0 thrashing knocking the weaboos back into the babbies. Hopes were high going into a second straight elite knockout, but /gd/ would emerge victorious from a tight Round of 16 game. However, a guaranteed spot in winter has /fit/ training hard for that elusive second star.

Rivalries
The Alpha Derby The most alpha boards in 4chan, /sp/ has superior tactics due to watching sports all day, while /fit/ is the most talented and conditioned thanks to playing sports all day. /sp/ only leaves their couch twice a year to watch this match against their true rival. |
0-1-1 |
The (no) Homo Derby They have an endless love-hate relationship, /fa/ wants to look good but just has anorexia. Because they can't make their bodies look amazing for the girls, they compensate with things like wearing skinny jeans. They are also the two gayest boards on 4chan, hence the popularity. /fit/, who admitted their homosexuality a couple of times, often forgot their match was called The No Homo Derby. |
1-1-0 |
The Nutrition Derby Well-rounded three-course meals, or oats with whole milk? Any true /fit/izen will tell you he prefers the latter. This matchup, stretching back to the original Summer Cup, is one of the most-played games of all time. /fit/ won the last meeting in dramatic fashion, snatching a victory which was crucial to their survival in the 2016 4chan Summer Cup. |

Trivia
- /fit/ has taken part in some of the most repeated matches ever, facing /int/ 5 times, and /ck/ 7 (seven) times.
- The team was disqualified from the 2014 Autumn Babby Cup due to an attempt to switch the default keepers out with ones that have better abilities by default in PES. This was allowed in the one Summer Cup friendly with /int/, but management was told to fix this in the future. Despite having two managers at the time, neither bothered to fix this, one of them didn't even have access to PES 2014, and thus, /fit/ was out of the Autumn Babby Cup before it even began.
- Scooby was previously a goalkeeper before becoming a medal player.
- For the Autumn 2012 season, /fit/ had custom faces for a few players like Rippletits and Scooby. Over time, these got overwritten with /v/ faces due to management and Germanbro (the cup's host at the time) not noticing, hence why Rippletits was black with Ainsley Harriot's face, and Scooby had the Mystery of the Druids face in the 2013 Winter Cup.
- Jeff Seid was the first gold player to be sent off in an official 4chan Cup. This occurred against /gd/ in the 2013 Autumn Babby Cup.
- /fit/ became the just third team to win every game in a Mega-Babby group stage by topping Group G of the 2015 Autumn Babby Cup with 12 points.
- L O N D O N became the first /fit/ player to earn a share of the Golden Boot with 8 goals in the 2015 Autumn Babby Cup, and only the second silver medal in 4cc history to do so.
- Scooby is a joint holder of the single-game assists record with 4 against /a/ in the 2016 Summer Cup.
