This page probably needs to be linked on the front page of the wiki. It needs sections about height rules and tie-breakers for when teams finish the group stage in a draw. I would add them but I can't find the height rules anywhere, and I'm not sure where the tie-breaker section would fit in.Clrs (talk) 16:54, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

- Codify signups
- Mention 48-hour grace period for first export deadline to participate with a nerfed export
- Add tie-breaker rules (Points, GD, GF, head-to-head, rematch)
