But normally she speaks with a calm, monotonous voice, rarely adding any emotion to it. With a keen interest in writing, she wants to be an author, but sucks at her hobby. CF	1	Perfect Heart		CPU of Planeptune, Neptune personifies a fictional Sega console, although her name was inspired by the Sega Neptune, which combined the Sega Genesis and 32X but was never released. She is the MC of the franchise and uses this as her 4th wall breaking powers to get what she wants. Even in her HDD form, Purple Heart, she acts a bit different and is the same retard in disguise that hates eggplants and just wants to play vidya all day, but that is why she is perfect in a way. Whoever comes across Iris Heart will suffer from trauma for a while, but in reality it is believed this is the real Plutia, and she is merely pretending to be a retard. The theory is that Iris Heart's personality reflects on how Sega was hostile toward competition, which considers that she is based on the Mega Drive.
