The Weeabowl II is the second annual 4chan Cup christmas special. In this 8-team direct knockout invitational, teams with connections to Japan and Japanese culture face off.
Conditions
The tournament will be played using Pro Evolution Soccer 2014. Player condition and motivation will be set to "Good" across the board. Managing will be allowed as per usual.
