Well, I guess that page isn't coming back, but here are the dead teams:
/k/ - Technically managed, but Necromancer, or whoever, has disappeared since the World Wars Cup.
/po/ - Crafty/po/ster can't even find a building with wi-fi to tell people whether he'll come back.
/fa/ - Abandoned by Rowan in favor of /pol/.
/out/ - Jack hasn't set up friendlies or said anything lately.
/diy/ - Manager disappeared after Babby qualifying disaster.
