Most characters in Brave Exvius have what's called a Trust Mastery Reward, which you get when a character's Trust reaches 100%. Of course, since Gumi is literal scum, Trust Mastery has a 10% chance to increase for a character at the end of any battle, and it only goes up by 0.1% each time. This is why people will usually run macro scripts to grind Trust Mastery for their characters while they're not playing Exvius, which leads to a long-running debate about whether Gumi explicitly allows third-party apps.
