/ert/ is made by players who got the highest average rating during the last elite cup, in this case the 2017 4chan Winter Cup, only players with at least 3 matches were eligible to take part of this team. If one or more players have the same average rating the player belonging to the best ranked team is selected. If I can't find the aesthetics for one player, I can decide to take the next highest rated following the previous criterion.

I try to keep all the players' characteristics but in order to have a valid team, in some cases I can/have to do some little changes:

• Fixing some heights to avoid height abuse or to have the right amount of player in one specific height range.
• When a player is relegated from his gold or silver status, all the cards are taken except one which is dropped (or two if the player goes from gold to non medal).

Here are other 'rules' for this team:

• The captain is the best player from the winning team of the previous elite cup. If none player of the winning team was selected for /ert/, I select what I prefer.
• I can decide the team's formation, attacking, defensive and adavanced tattics.
• I select medals players according to the formation.
