OK, here's the current plan:

If we get 8 teams for the dedteam and not enough for Harambe, dedteam will be groups + 2 round KOs.
If we get 8 teams for the Harambe and not enough for dedteam, Harambe will be groups + 2 round KOs.
If we get 8 teams for both, we'll have groups + 2 round KOs for both
If we get 16 teams for the dedteam OR the Harambe, it'll be a KO Tournament
If we get 16 teams for both, I guess we have 2 KO Tournaments.
