Tag Team Cup

4CC NBA Jam

The Tag Team Cup is an upcoming invitational competition, set to take place 20-22 March, 2015. Teams competing of this tournament are formed by two 4chan boards, and jointly managed by the management of both boards. Teams are built with one gold player and four silver players, with the gold player representing a combination of the two boards. Some teams have complete rosters of combined players, but this is not required.

Nine teams are scheduled to compete in the tournament.

Group Stage

Grouping is done in CONCACAF style, where each team plays each member of its group twice, once at home and once away. As there are three groups, the top second-place player will advance to the semifinals along with the three first-place teams.

Tag Team Cup Statistics

Rules

Teams consist of players from two boards competing together, in the GSSSS format, with at least one combined gold player
Their 4 silver players can either be the gold players from the two teams, or more combined players.
77s can also be combined players, but this is also optional.

Groups will be assigned arbitralily, you are free to shout RIGGED, but I won't listen to you.
The group stages will work like the CONCACAF Champions League, each team plays its group members twice, with the top team in each group and the best 2nd place team advancing.
The Semi-finals will be a home and away aggregate(THE AWAY GOALS RULE WILL NOT BE USED)
The Final and 3rd place match will each be a single game.
