Server maintenance/downtime still planned during the offseason pending f4r getting some time to actually do it.

Once a precocious talent, Rance stil holds the rare distinction of representing /vg/ before making his VGL debut. A missed penalty kick in the 2012 Autumn R016 would prove to be an omen of things to come.
In the early years, he struggled to find his footing. Much like his performances in the Digimon anime, Leomon couldn't exactly last long enough to find /digi/ any long-term success. It took until the 11th VGL for Leomon to show the flashes of his potential that was put on display in /vg/ League 9.

The future still looked bright, with Rance's 1-2 punch with TOSH in headlining the strongest offense in the league. Rance scored 4 goals against /skg/ in a 9-1 victory that remains a VGL record today. Heading into the opening day of VGL 7, Rance's record stood at 12 goals from 13 matches and his development into an elite player seemed assured.
It was then that Leomon truly set himself apart as a star striker on a rising team. The /digi/ squad began to regularly put up high-scoring matches and saw moderate success in the /vg/ League. /vg/ League 13's performance had everyone's heads turned, and it seemed that even with his record-tying match against /lzg/, Leomon struggled to find consistency. A shocking go at /vg/ League 14 made people assume the man had truly died and was now considered a one-hit wonder. Leomon took the criticisms to heart and brought forth his best performance to date in /vg/ League 15. /digi/ came oh so close to their finals berth, but ultimately Leomon's heart could not bring them further than a fourth place finish.

But that moment would prove to be Rance's peak. In VGL 7 he scored once. Over the following five VGLs (8-12) Rance would only scored twice in 18 matches. With talk of being elite now a farcical joke, Rance would find himself stripped from the /hanny/ Captaincy.
As for after that... well, check your local graveyard.

Unburdended from the Captainy, Rance would finally found the nets. And while he has not become elite, Rance is at least a solid player. Occasionaly glimpses of the young prodigy can still be seen, with Rance's brace against back to back defending champs /dbg/ in VGL14 leading /hanny/ to their finest ever victory.

As the VGL enters its second decade, club and player have regained some respect. "Aiyaah! It's Hanny's decade" the potteries yell in the stands. But for that to be true, /hanny/ needs Rance to take that next step and finally become the player he once threatened to be.
