/ert/ is made by players who got the highest average rating during the last elite cup, in this case the 2017 4chan Summer Cup, only players with at least 3 matches should be eligible to take part of this team. If one or more players have the same average rating, the player belonging to the best ranked team is selected.
Medal players are selected based on /ert/'s formation. Some players who are medal in their team they can be downgraded to normal player and viceversa. /ert/ can play more Invitationals between two elite cups and the tactic formation can change along with the players who make the roster.
/ert/ has to have a legit export, and some changes are needed:

Fixing heights.
Regular players who become medals get one/two new skill card(s), but their original cards are not changed.
Medal players who become regular players lose their extra skill card(s), others cards are not changed.
Everything else, including playing style and position, won't be changed.
