I put it on the top since this is what e.g. Wikipedia usually does with stub articles; do you disagree with moving it to the start of the actual section it affects? Location of tagging templates
I noticed you moved the {{Incomplete}} template on Software to the bottom of the section. I put it on the top since this is what e.g. Wikipedia usually does with stub articles; do you disagree with moving it to the start of the actual section it affects?
