/mlp/ is a fiery, spirited team that has a loyal fanbase who cheer on the pones on their way to a Cup Championship. Unfortunately, the team tends to disappoint its fans with promising tactics that lead to blown victories or spaghetti losses. The official team ponies of /mlp/ are Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Derpy Hooves. WE WINTER NOW, GET HYPED!

Rivalries

Let's face it, everyone hates /mlp/. Despite this, there are a few notable rivalries that anons should watch out for.

/mlp/ vs /co/ - Cartoon Derby

As the annoying little sister who refuses to shut the fuck up about that one pony show, /mlp/ still harbors a fierce rivalry with /co/ for kicking her out all those years ago. However, both boards still have a large overlap in userbase, so many fans will find themselves torn as to what team to support. This was reflected on the pitch with the inaugural derby ending in a 2-2 draw, thanks to a last minute equalizer from >rape.

/mlp/ vs /v/ - Tsundere Derby

They love us really <3
Seriously though, if we were to win a match against /v/ all hell would break loose

/mlp/ vs /vp/ - Cancer Derby

Despite having never actually played against each other, the two boards are known to be cancer containment boards - boards created for a topic solely because it overwhelmed their original boards (/v/ and /co/ respectively). Combined with /mlp/'s loathing of pokemon and /vp/'s loathing of ponies, the elements combined to create a bitter rivalry.

/mlp/ vs /f/ - Flash Derby

/mlp/ wanted to get along with /f/, they tried showing them their wonderfully and fluidly animated ponies but /f/ rebuked them, shouting something about faggotry and horse fucking. /mlp/ took this as a challenge and defeated /f/ 1-0, but only after a very tight game that saw an /f/ penalty saved by Derpy Hooves, forever sealing her reputation as SAFEST HOOVES.

/mlp/ vs /pol/ - IT KEEPS HAPPENING

Normally these two boards would be indifferent to one another (as indifferent as any board is towards /mlp/), but during the Spring Babby Cup Stormfront single-handedly trashed /mlp/ 4-2. /mlp/ wished to regain it's honour 6 months later, and put up a much better show. However /mlp/ inevitably tripped over their spaghetti in the second half and gifted /pol/ a vital penalty that sealed their defeat once again.

/mlp/ vs /toy/ - "What do you mean you don't like my collection?"

These two boards should get along - they both collect pony toys after all. But /toy/ insists that the 80's version of My Little Pony is superior, whereas /mlp/ regards all pre-generation 4 content with utter contempt. This drove /mlp/ to a 2-1 victory in their first match up with /toy/ in the Autumn Friendly season.

/mlp/ vs /b/ - FUCK OFF HORSEFUCKERS

These two boards are the worst of enemies. Whenever a pony is posted on /b/, the newfags start spouting butthurt, and telling the pony-posters to "fuck off, they have their own board", and ">>>/mlp/". The same goes for /mlp/ - whenever any /b/-type shitposts are posted, the horsefuckers start spamming "/b/ pls go" and ">>>/b/". The /b/ newfag assrage pushed /b/ to a 2-0 win over /mlp/ in the 2012 Summer Cup Friendlies.
