Going forward for the 2015 4chan Winter Cup, managers should submit new presets and all possible menu changes by 0600 GMT (US EST 1AM) to the host, available on IRC. Rig-cam skype sessions are available on request. Managers should NOT treat this as an export deadline and wait until the last moment, or the host will not be able to accommodate everyone. Waiting until close to the cutoff time is at your own risk.

Only sliders and subs (and a few special exceptions, notably checking that nonmedal wing players are taking the right CKs) will be allowed on match day.
