The dates for the 4chan Winter Cup are as such.
February 3rd, 23:59:59 UTC: Export deadline.
February 4th: Draw.
February 10-12: Opening weekend.
February 17-19: Second group stage weekend.
February 25 and 26: Knockouts.
Note that it has not currently been confirm that PES 17 will be used for Winter as we are waiting on the completion of the EDIT file. It is also undecided if there are to be any changes to the current ruleset for PES 17, if you have any hot opinions on the subject please yell them loudly somewhere where they can be heard.
