The rules for 2017 4chan Winter Cup have been decided and the rules page will be shortly updated to reflect them. Here are the major notes that managers should be aware of:
- PES 17 patch 1.02
- 77 keepers, which means that the rules preventing keepers from being played in the outfield will likely be removed
- Auto sliding remains set to assisted
Another note is that the export deadline is being changed by exactly one second. Exports previously were due at 00:00:00 on the 4th wikitime but puting it at 23:59:59 on the 3rd means people won't assume that they can get their export up on the 4th and have that be okay.
