Team List Finalized: January 5th, 23:59:59 UTC

Aesthetics Export Deadline: January 12th, 23:59:59 UTC

Tactical Export Deadline: January 13th, 23:59:59 UTC

Draw: January 14th, 17:00 UTC

First Weekend: January 19th-21st

Second Weekend: January 26th-28th

Knockout Weekend: February 3rd & 4th

Rules

So we've got one last round of PES 19 before we put it in the box for an unknown amount of time again. I know I said autumn was the last round of it but 17 can't be rushed out this quick:

-GGSS Medal system (99/88/77)

HA Bracket gets 6 players in 194cm section

180cm players in HA bracket goes down from 7 to 6

Bufflet Silvers get +3 instead of +5

Lanklet Silvers no longer suffer any stat nerf

Lanklet Golds now get a nerf of -3 instead of -5 to mirror the bufflets

Malicia is now a free card

Illegal formations are still permitted due to autopilot /toy/ and /tg/ advancing with illegal formations.

Proof of Interest

To clarify the PoI reforms situation here on the wiki as well There have not been any concrete changes to PoI as of yet. I know I said heading into 24 things would change but the discussion around it warrants further deliberation and time dedicated to it as opposed to hammering it through without a second thought.
