Top Four Order Notes

Denoting the order on the Top 4 lists:

1. Greater number of championships
2. Greater number of 2nd, if equal number of 1st.
3. Greater number of 3rd, if equal number of 1st and 2nd.
4. Greater number of 4th, when all else equal.

When equal counts of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and/or 4th

1. Older date of championship
2. Older date of 2nd, if equal number of 1st.
3. Older date of 3rd, if equal number of 1st and 2nd.
4. Older date of 4th, when all else equal.
