AFAIK, I hold the record for shortest lived edit to a Wiki. One minor joke[1] poking fun at the team I root for 
/mlp/ got deleted about 30 seconds later, if I understood the audit log correctly. Maybe the next time I decide to actually contribute something it'll last 45 seconds.
