The /LigaMX/ Fútbol Club is the official team for /LigaMX/, the general for the Mexican football championship on /sp/. The team was founded on January 2018 to represent the thread on /sp/erb Owl 2018, and the roster is currently being picked by the general posters through a poll, which includes the most memorable memes from the mexican and chicano collective on the board.

Crest and colors
At a point, soon after the team foundation, it was suggested that for every tournament the team takes part, the team changes logos and colors, based on a different Liga MX team and one of their most comedic characteristics. For /sp/erb Owl 2018, it was suggested for the team use an edited version of a real life Liga MX club, Cruz Azul, constantly mocked on the general and on Mexican sports media for cruzazulear – losing a game or a championship on the last decisive minutes of a match, while the circumstances would tell otherwise.
