PES 2012 Install

I'm just going to assume you know how to install PES stuff. Here are the links:

The option file is important since some content (like hairstyles) needs to be unlocked in this version. You can just rename the profile if for some bizarre reason you don't want to be The DM.

PES Editor, unlike PEES, is actually useful.

Running the Game
At this point we have everything we need to run the game. However, we need to make a tweak to get kitserver and Gameplay tool to play nice with each other. Go to install/kitserver12 and open config.txt. Add the line "dll = Gameplayload" to the end of the [kload] section. Run using pes2012.exe, NOT PES 2012 - Gameplay run.exe. If all has gone swimmingly, you should see text in the upper left corner during startup from gameplay tool, and the default kitserver ball should be available in the pregame menu. If you've got the ball but not the kits, there's probably something wrong with the map file.

There's also another thing Jenkey made called the Mega Selector. From what I understand it's a tool to make replacing misc. textures like staff/stadium/referees/menus/etc. easier. In case you're interested:
